A well-established independent CPA firm in La Jolla is hiring a Tax Supervisor to support its private client and HNWI tax practice. This role sits between Senior and Manager level and is ideal for someone ready to take on more responsibility while remaining hands-on with the work.

The firm advises high-net-worth individuals, business owners and families, with a focus on quality, technical depth and long-term client relationships.

The Role

• Prepare and review complex US individual tax returns (Forms 1040, multi-state, 1041, 709)

• Support tax planning work for HNWIs, business owners and family groups

• Review work prepared by Associates and Seniors, providing technical guidance and feedback

• Liaise directly with clients on queries and deliverables

• Work closely with Managers and Partners on more complex matters
